The home comes with all electric appliances. This house and the crawlspace has been extra insulated in hopes to cut down on some bills. There are plenty of storage spaces in this home, with a walk in kitchen pantry, a pulldown attic with stairs, insulated crawlspace, and a walk in laundry room with storage options. The home is located in Henrico in the Chamberlayne Farms area which is in an ideal area close to 95, 64, and 295. Only a few hours of travel to get to beaches, DC, mountains, and much more. There are many shopping and dinning locations close by. Parks, amusement parks, water parks, fairs, and other great family locations are not far away. The renter is responsible for all utilities and yard work (can hire lawn service at your cost). Smoking and vaping inside the property is prohibited. Pets are welcomed with a non refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent. Renters insurance is required. Anyone 18 years of age or older must sign the lease subject to a background and credit check at a cost of up to $150 per person.
