The neighborhood is a quieter, safe feeling enclave near all the city amenities Portland offers. We're also a short drive from markets, restaurants, big box stores, freeways, and numerous parks. Free, shared laundry onsite Studio is actually 2 rooms! The larger space contains a new queen-sized bed, wardrobe, loveseat couch, 55" Smart TV, desk, and more. The well-stocked kitchenette is its own separate room and has a 3/4 size fridge/freezer, microwave-air fryer combo, induction burner, coffee station, plus lots of useful kitchen tools. Bathroom has new fixtures and the shower stall has a skylight. This unit was recently remodeled & painted and all appliances/furniture are new! We are 50 feet from a bus line that connects with downtown, multiple other bus lines, Max train, and many fun neighborhoods. We are open to a tenant with a cat, who has renters insurance that includes a pet damage addendum. Lemonade offers this below ten dollars a month. Questions welcome! Furnished rental available on month to month or up to 6-month lease basis for single occupant. Can tailor lease to needs of traveling medical professionals who possess work contracts. Cat allowed with renters insurance pet addendum (cheap on lemonade ins.!) Utilities (Water, electricity, Internet) paid by tenant, garbage paid by us smoking is allowed outside. $1200 deposit, standard background check required prior (free for you!)
