No smoking inside home. Renter move in/out list in place for deposit return. Keep home in neat and well repaired condition at all times. Report damage to home, appliances, furnishings and any plumbing concerns at time of onset to avoid long term issues. Dogs are preapproved with photo and description required. Pets may be added after lease is signed, however, approved in advance and with photos. There is a non refundable pet deposit of $200.00 per dog. Trash service is not offered at owners expense, however, there are trash services you may purchase for home pick up. Otherwise, trash is carried to "green box" in your area. No garbage disposal on site since there is a well and septic tank for this property. Do not drive or store trailers on right side of home. This is the septic tank area and could cause damage or cave in.
