Perfectly situated in the heart of the Four Corners region, our tiny house offers a comfortable and convenient home base for exploring all that the area has to offer. Flora's Nest is one of our tiny homes at The Little Park, a backyard vacation rental & RV park. Furnished and ready for occupancy. Flora's Nest is located less than a mile to McGee Park & San Juan County Fairgrounds. Loud outside events can be heard during your stay. Complimentary earplugs are provided. Rates include all utilities including internet. Daily Rates $94 plus taxes & fees Weekly Rates $560 plus taxes & fees Monthly Rates $2256 plus taxes & fees Payment Schedule 50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 7 days before arrival. 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 31 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after. Weekly light cleans are provided to exchange sheets and towels. No Smoking, no animals, no parties
