No smoking allowed in the house No pets No criminal charges or eviction court filings in the last 5 years Gross monthly income 3 times the rental price - we will request paper proof of earnings (paystubs or bank statements) Current and previous landlord references First months rent and deposit (total $3,000) once resident is approved Resident to have renters insurance upon move in Application fee is $40 (non refundable) per person for all adults 18 years and older living in the home. All adults in the household must be on lease. Resident is to up keep the yard maintenance- lawn cutting and snow removal during the time that they reside at the property. Rent will be due on specific date as outlined in the lease. Landlord will impose a late charge if $50 plus a $10 per day fee until rent is paid. If rent is late 2 times during the lease time the new rental per month will be increased $50 per month.
