Price reflects utilities, lawn, and snow maintenance included. However, I am flexible on price if tenant would prefer to pay for their own utilities and maintenance. Utilities, Wi-Fi, and lawn / snow maintenance are included in price. However, price is flexible if renter plans to cover utilities, especially for longer stays. No smoking allowed inside the house. Pets welcome, per approval. Breed restrictions may apply. $250 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. Leases are flexible starting with 30 days or more.
