Master bedroom has a huge walk in closet and walk in shower. Close proximity to schools, shops, and highways. 20min drive to NAS Lemoore. We are asking for $2300 for rent and a 1 year lease. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Message us if you are interested and need more information Owner is responsible with paying for the Solar fees - over 20 solar panels on the property. But the renter is responsible to pay for the monthly utilities including PG&E, gas, water and garbage. Due to the Solar, PG&E is billed through a year cycle, more details to come at lease signing. House is equipped with vivint security but needs activation with the company. Laundry hookups for electric washer & gas dryer. We require first and last due at signing, no smoking, no pets if possible and parking is available ; garage, driveway and street parking.
