This 3 bedroom, 1 full bathroom Cape Cod cottage is located just one minute from the town of Rosendale - you'll find everything you need at this little oasis in the woods. The house will remain fully furnished including three queen beds, two desk/work spaces, a sunlit living room, a 3 season sunroom, and a stocked kitchen and dining area. The house is located on a quiet country road just a minute outside of Rosendale where you can find a grocery store, restaurants, a laundromat, and more. Its is also conveniently located a two minute drive or ten minute walk to the Wallkill Rail Trail where you can connect to the incredible trail system that leads to the nearby Rosendale Trestle. With both New Paltz and Kingston just 8 minutes in each direction, exploring the area couldn't be easier! The rent includes high-speed WiFi, electricity, propane, water, and Smart TV. The tenant will be responsible for heating oil during their stay. Small pets permitted with $600.00 pet fee.
