This one level unit consists of two rooms with a full tiled bath. One of the rooms contains a kitchenette. The room on the river end has high ceilings and sliding doors that lead out onto the newly refinished deck. A foot path brings you down to the water, with a wonderful area to relax, barbecue or launch your kayak- complete with a dock and boathouse. Directly across the street is the High Banks Preserve, with trails through 250+ acres of meadows, forests, wetlands and bluffs. Less than a 10 minute drive to Kingston and 20 minutes to Metro North. Utilities included, one pet under 40 lbs may be considered. No smoking. Applications without credit information and proof of ability to pay rent will not be considered.
