Laundry is in the bonus room and there is a nice wood deck off the kitchen. NO GRILLS Small dogs under 25 lbs (NO CATS) and over 1 year old may be accepted with a $300.00 non-refundable pet fee. **Our normal pet policy this is only if property permits pets and no other notation is made Dogs may be approved if they are least 1 year old, must weigh under 25 lbs and its weight must remain under 25 lbs. It must be on our approved Breed list. There is a non-refundable pet charge of $300.00 per dog. We must have current vaccination records. All dogs must be pre-approved and pet charge paid before moving dog into unit. **
