Flexible setup in the 3 bedrooms- can be set up with 2 queen beds and 1 full bed, OR, we have some bunk beds that can be swapped in. Can chat through the options at showing. No large groups. There is also back house on the property that is a 1 Bed 1 bath, newly furnished and renovated kitchen this winter. I will be listing the back unit separately, however, if interested in renting both units (the entire property) a bundled price can be negotiated. $5,000 security due at lease signing.. With a hurricane coming in, Kyle was proactive in communicating what we should expect with the rain, and was very flexible with our check-in. Once we got inside, the place was even better than described- a cozy living space, a well-stocked kitchen, and three great bedrooms (one with bunk beds). Everything was done to make us feel welcome and comfortable- we'd love to come back! Mallory. Rating, 5 stars. September 2023 Kyle and Brittany are wonderful hosts! Even left us some lovely treats upon our arrival. The house was super clean and has everything you need for a beach vacation. Love the outdoor shower and rear deck. The front porch is super cute too. Beds were very comfortable. Short walk to the beach, cute sandwich/breakfast spot on the way. They offered great restaurant recommendations and were very helpful and accommodating to our group. Would love to come back again! Thank you!
