The kitchen is fitted with all new appliances and everything in the cupboards you could need. Baking, grilling, lobster pot, we've got it covered! Only available at monthly rate from November until the end of April. The house is bright and welcoming, with warm wood floors throughout. You enter the house through the spacious mudroom and laundry room where you will also find access to the wrap around porch out back. There is a large Weber grill for cooking, and a table that seats 6. The kitchen, dining and sitting areas all flow nicely to provide a balance between open plan and quiet enjoyment. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms and a brand new bathroom with a soaking tub and walk in shower. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the other has two twins that can be set up as a king by request. Each bedroom has big windows to let in the light and large closets to store your belongings. All utilities and plowing included.
