In the kitchen you will find stainless steel appliances door to basement and area with washer and dryer. Off the right you will find the living room with hardwood floors and decorative fireplace. Off the living room is an addtional room that could be used for whatever works for the tenant. There is a full bath off and a patio door to back deck and yard off this room. If you go back to the front and take the steps upstairs. You will find the 3 Bedrooms and another full bath. There is a single garage but it is 2 car deep. There is a storage shed in the back yard with a fenced yard. In the kitchen you will find the door to the basement where you will find a family room with dry bar and storage area. Tenant pays all utilities, lawn care, and snow removal. Applications fee of $25 per person over the age of 18. Applications must be submitted and approved prior to in person showings. Qualifications for unit is 3 times rent in take home income, pass background and credit check, rental history, and must be able to obtain utilities in your name prior to move in.
