Pleasant, half-way between Cleveland Park (red line) and Columbia Heights (green line) and steps from Rock Creek Park, the zoo, running and biking trails. Walk to Cleveland Park, Columbia Heights, or Adams Morgan in just 20 minutes or to the Mt. Pleasant main street in 10 minutes. The H2/H4 bus lines are steps away and take you straight to both red and green lines in Cleveland Park and Columbia Heights, respectively. The basement unit was recently remodeled, so everything is new. Unit has a private entrance, full size washer-dryer, full kitchen. Off-street parking not included, but for loading/unloading groceries, etc you can make temporary use of our space off the rear alley and street parking is typically available within a block.
