The home has an open-concept living space on the main floor, and on the second floor, a nook for work or relaxation along with laundry, two guest rooms, and spacious master bedroom with a balcony that's great for relaxing. The home has an unfinished basement great for storage. Garbage and recycling are included in the rent. Utilities, water and internet are not included. Lawn maintenance and driveway and sidewalk snow removal (streets are plowed at the expense of the HOA) are the responsibility of the renter. The monthly HOA fee will be paid by the property owner, NOT the renter. A lawn mower, snow blower and sprinklers will be left at the house for the renter's use.
