This house has a new refrigerator, and good working electric stove, dishwasher, and microwave all Frigidaire models. Every room is very spacious, an open floor plan. This is a one year lease, payment is due on the first of the month. Grace period is 5 days, after that you would be charged a $50.00 late fee each day until paid.. Security Deposit which is $1600 and 1st month's rent is due before commencing lease term. There will be no smoking allowed in the house for the duration of the lease. There will be a fee of $100 per pet (cats or dogs. In addition, $50 per pet is added each month to the rent. There is a two pet limit. Pets will not be allowed to roam around free in the neighborhood. They must always be walked by someone and have a leash on them. Parking will be in the driveway and in the front if my house on the street. No parking on my neighbors property or blocking their property.
