This is a Rent to Own Program, "Option to Purchase" Available now a 2020 home is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom that sits in our Johnson Park is a must see. The living room is nice that is open to the kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of storage and has a dishwasher. There is a small dining area for eating your meals. The laundry area is right across from the bathroom. Then there is the first bedroom that has a nice closet. On the other side of the home has the 2nd bedroom. This is a very clean home and ready for someone to live in. This home is being marketed and sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS", with no warranties or guarantees on all appliances. Park approval is required. Pet restrictions apply. The home must remain in the park. Tenants must have utilities switched to their name before closing on the home. Tenants are also responsible for paying their utilities which include water, electricity, & gas. We do lease renewals every 12 months. Park rules and regulations do apply in our parks and must be followed. Tenants are responsible for the upkeep and updating of their homes.
