Walls and trim are newly painted, new carpet and pad, all new electrical system installed, new plumbing under the house, all new toilets and vanities, new ceiling fans, new HVAC system, new tile in the kitchen, granite countertop in the kitchen with oil rubbed bronze faucets throughout the house, hardwood for sanded down and restained and new appliances in the kitchen. Installed a brand new backyard 6ft. fence with a locking gate. A new garage door with lock. New Zoysia grass will be planted in the backyard in the Spring. The alarm and yard cutting will be included in the rent. 1 yr term but will extend for a good renter. The grass and alarm fee is included in the lease and all maintenance will be maintained by the owner's employee. Other rules apply but will discuss with Tenant upon signing agreement.
