There are four generous bedrooms within the home filled with comfortable king and twin size beds along with wall mounted Smart TV's giving everyone their own space to unwind. Guests also have a 2-car garage and a full laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and deep sink. Master Bedroom: King Bed, his/hers walk-in closets, and ensuite bath with shower and separate soaking tub Bedroom 2: King Bed Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds & Workspace Bedroom 4: Two Twin Beds GAMES ROOM For hours of fun, make your way into the large games room overlooking the canal where you can play a game of air hockey on the full size table or see who has the quickest hands with a foosball table. The room is lined with a gorgeous window seat giving you a great place to read or just hang out with friends and enjoy a drink or two. OUTDOOR Step out into your own private outdoor oasis and dive into the refreshing pool as you relax on the outdoor patio and cook up a feast on the BBQ. Guests are welcome to bring along a boat with your very own private dock right by the house where you can easily come and go at your leisure with no fixed bridges to limit your access to the ICW and Atlantic Ocean. Home will be rented fully furnished (decor and all furniture), with option to also include all linens, kitchenware, and small kitchen appliances if needed for an additional price. Lease includes lawn care, pest control, and pool maintenance, with tenant being responsible for electric, water and cable. Small dogs are allowed but will require a higher security deposit and/or monthly rent.
