Three bedrooms plus a loft decorated with rare finds from antique stores, updated stone tile bathroom with built-in bench and double showers, a kitchen with a 5-burner gas stove, central heat and AC, washer and dryer, chicken coop and all that you need including linens and towels, among other amenities. Go horseback riding on a near farm, swim in endless natural springs or explore the best antique stores in nearby Micanopy, Macintosh or Ocala. 7 minutes away from markets, including a country store & convenient Dollar General. Only 15-minutes from the quaint town of Williston. 6 1/2 miles from I-75, Wendy's, Jim's Pit BBQ, Iron Skillet and Petro travel center w/mini grocery mart. Utilities (electric, gas, Internet, Netflix, Smart TV and water) are INCLUDED. Pets and domesticated animals up to 150 lbs. are allowed (requires proof of shots and a $500 refundable deposit added to the Security Deposit above). Minimum weekly rentals are pro-rated at double the monthly average daily rate. Maximum of 2-month leases but are renewable. Annual lease to own option available. All rentals require a $125 NON-REFUNDABLE cleaning fee included in the security deposit listed by Zillow above. The balance is refundable if the terms of the lease are complied with. MONTHLY RENTERS RESPONSIBLE FOR GROUNDKSEEPING Monthly or longer term guests are responsible for keeping the grounds, including mowing, landscaping and tending the chicken coop (chicken feed is provided by us). Household garbage (including dry trash) needs to be disposed weekly at the Orange Lake Recycling Center (9.9 miles, 17 mins. away). This is a log cabin adventure! A separate, refundable groundskeeping base-charge deposit of $880/mo. + $230/ mo. = $1,110 is included in the Security Deposit above, and will be rolled over month to month, provided our guests have maintained the grounds and disposed their garbage weekly. If not, or if our guests prefer to pay the lease-owners for the groundskeeping and garbage disposal, we are happy to provide it. The first month can be paid from the Security Deposit. Subsequent months groundskeeping fees will be due one month in advance along with the monthly rental for extended stays.
