The house is suited for a family, or roommates as it has two full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and no trips to the laundromat will be necessary as it comes furnished with a washer and dryer as well! Lease Start date and term is flexible for the right candidate! Expenses tenant pays include gas and electric, cable and internet, and snow removal (if desired.) Maximum of 6 tenants occupying and on the lease. Must prove 3x the income of rent. Background and credit checks will be conducted before signing of rental agreement. Maximum of 4 cars in driveway. Owner pays for sewage and trash. Move in cost will be deposit + first months rent. $500 pet deposit if applicable, Tenants are responsible for snow removal from driveway when necessary, and above ground spa maintenance should the tenant choose to utilize the spa. Spectrum high speed internet already hooked up at the house, tenant to transfer to their name - no installation needed!
