Only one pet allowed on the property. If the pet rules are violated, the renters will pay cleaning fees/damages and will face immediate termination of the lease. There is no smoking inside the house, at any time! Failure to adhere to the smoking policy will result in immediate termination and pay applicable cleaning fees/damages. No parking on the grass, as there is amble parking in front and at the rear of the property.
