This house was our mother's home and we are looking for tenants that will take extra care of it. It comes with a large yard & a partially covered deck. We do a credit and background check on all applicants. Application nonrefundable fee is $45.00 for each applicant. Due when you complete the rental application. Tenant is responsible for all utilities except garbage. Tenant is also responsible for all lawn care & snow removal. We supply the lawn mower, weed whipper, leaf blower & snowblower.
