There is a one bedroom apartment available at the Northland Apartments in Remer, MN. Remer is about 1/2 hour SW of Grand Rapids. It is a HUD property, so the rent and deposit would be based on income (roughly 30% of your income, not $200). The tenant would pay for the electricity (and phone/cable/internet, if you want them).
