A Deposit of $3,100.00 is due at lease signing. The deposit becomes first months rent upon move in. Last months rent of $3,100.00 and a Security Deposit of $3,100.00 are also due upon move in. The Security Deposit, minus any charge for repairs above normal ware or damage to furnishings, will be returned within 10 days of tenant lease termination and move out. A cleaning fee of $300.00 is required and will be deducted from the Security Deposit upon move out. The Rent Deposit and Security Deposit must be in the form of a cashiers check or money order. It is required that monthly rent be made via a direct deposit into owners checking account for all months following the first month. No pets are allowed and no smoking in the home or on the property is permitted. One car garage is available for use by tenant. If snow accumulation is below 4 inches, then tenant is responsible for removal. Tenant is allowed to use the snow blower that is present in the garage.
