Home has a large, unfenced yard that will be responsibility of renter to maintain. Owner pays for water. Renter arranges for electric and propane delivery in their name. Standard application process & qualifications (no evictions, verifiable monthly income, rent + utilities must not exceed 30 % of monthly income, strong credit and rental history preferred) Must complete background/ credit check. No smoking . One pet will be considered on case by case basis with an additional refundable pet deposit. No more than one pet will be allowed. One year lease.
