We manage a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom lower unit in the Merrill Park Neighborhood. It is near Marquette University High School, Marquette University, bus stops, Potawatomi Casino, parks, walking/bike trails, and Fiserv etc! One year lease only. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. First and security deposit via certified funds due at lease signing/keys being given. NO SMOKING ON PREMISE ALLOWED (That includes the unit, shared spaces, and & yard. Rental Qualifications: No open or ongoing judgements for money, bankruptcies, or evictions No evictions filed in the last 2 years regardless of outcome Combined net monthly income (take home pay) of 2.5 times the monthly rent Applicant may be denied rental after consideration of the nature and severity of the crime, Applicant age at the time of the conduct, and the amount of time that has passed since the criminal conduct occurred. Other factors may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Applicant shall provide any mitigating information or documentation that he or she would like property management to consider regarding any convictions at the time of application.
