However, to ensure your comfort, an additional closet will be installed for your clothes and personal belongings. Rental Terms & Conditions Guests must be at least 25 years old, and a picture ID must be provided no less than 72 hours before arrival. Accurate guest counts must be provided. We uphold a no-party policy and any unauthorized persons discovered on the premises may lead to additional fees and/or immediate eviction. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Smoke-Free Environment Our property is a non-smoking and non-vaping zone. Any evidence of either will lead to a fine of up to $1,000. We strive to maintain a healthy and clean environment for our guests. Property Care The property must be locked and secured when not in use. This individual-owned home should be treated with respect and courtesy and left in the same excellent condition as it was upon arrival. Noise Policy We welcome quiet couples and families. Please note, no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted. Non-compliance may lead to immediate eviction and/or a fine. Cleaning Expectations We expect our guests to maintain cleanliness. If the property is left exceptionally dirty, we may assess an additional cleaning fee of up to $500. Late Checkout Policy Check-out time is promptly at 10 a.m. Trespassing post agreed-upon checkout time is not permitted. Starter Supplies We provide approximately 3 days' worth of essential home items. After which, guests are responsible for replenishing as needed.
