SPACE: The first floor bedroom features a queen size bed for two with access to the stone-floored modern en-suite bathroom. On the second floor you will find a wrap-around walkway, AKA "widow's walk," overlooking the living room and kitchen. Down the hall is the master suite, with a king size bed, walk-in closet and large windows, allowing for ample natural light. The newly updated en-suite bathroom has classic fixtures and modern finishes. For additional sleeping you can find a queen size pullout couch in the living room. Step into the large living room with two-story ceilings and settle into your own personal island oasis. Enjoy the newly remodeled hardwood floors and open floor plan, filled with natural light. The spacious breakfast bar is excellent for entertaining and leads to the beautifully updated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher and abundant granite countertop space for meal prep. French doors lead out to the private back deck, where you can drink your morning coffee or entertain guests. NEIGHBORHOOD: Closer to the southern end of Duval street, Key to Paradise, is in Old Town Key West - close to the Key West Lighthouse and Hemingway Home and Museum. Two blocks away from locals' favorite boozy brunch spots like Banana Cafe, Blue Heaven, and french eateries like La Grignote, all of your favorite foods are at your fingertips. Stroll right down the street to Sushi Song for fresh catches or fast-casual burrito bowls from Sinz. Needless to say, this property is in the center of all-things Key West and more. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: - No pets allowed, registered service and emotional support animals only. - Shared pool no key required for entry. - Private washer/dryer. - Private parking for 1 vehicle included with your stay. General Policies: Renters will not receive any refund or reimbursement within 60 days of arrival. Outside of 60 days renters can receive a full refund. Renters must provide a written request.
