"Sunshine Lookout", the second ensuite, is a joyfully decorated spacious room with a king bed with percale sheets and lofty hypoallergenic pillows, a large closet, flatscreen tv, and a private full bath (tub/shower). There is a corner working desk: a large walk-in closet and 6 drawer dresser along with an armoire with storage drawers. The two rooms are separated by a hallway with a brand new stackable LG washer and dryer. Storage/Parking: The home includes private covered parking and 1 additional uncovered parking lot spot. There are 2 lockable storage units including an outside fridge. Complex Amenities: Staying at the Bonefish Yacht Club means quiet privacy and the ability to enjoy the 4-acre complex including a tiki area, large pool and tennis courts. Centrally located within the heart of the Keys-- it's convenient to a Publix or Winn-Dixie for groceries, schools, local shopping and restaurants. Rental Fees: $6150 (First month and security deposit prior to move-in.) Security Deposit: $1500 (no pets), $3000 (with pets, pets must have an updated Vet statement for application and must be leashed on community property) Non-Smoking home. Any damages from pets or smoking will be taken out of the deposit and could result in additional costs. Utilities: The unit includes Cable however, electric (FKEC) and wifi (Xfinity or ATT) are the responsibility of the tenant prior to move-in.
