Application fee $31 for anyone over 18 and $52 for a married couple (money orders only, made out to Park Place Apts.). Must earn at least three times ($2700 p/m) the rent amount to qualify! Please make sure to have a copy of your last 4 paystubs, SS Card and Valid State ID. Minimum of 1 year of employment. We are a quiet, small, wooded and tree lined community with NO pets allowed. Very modern and quaint townhome, all of our units have washer/dryer hook ups, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and enclosed wood gated patio, very private. All of our units have tile, ceramic or vinyl downstairs and carpet upstairs. Both bedrooms are spacious with nice size closets. Very nice units and will not last! Water, sewer and trash included, but not electric, cable ready. Owner pays for water, sewer, trash. Tenants pay for electricity. Credit/criminal background is run for all applicants on site.
