The dining room seats 6 in comfortable chairs next to an eye catching accent wall and flows naturally into the living area, which offers additional seating in front of the fireplace (decorative only). The whole space also has access to the 2nd floor deck which has a small table and chairs and makes for a great spot for morning coffee or an evening cocktail or glass of wine. Note: The 1/2 bath is located on the landing between the 1st and 2nd floors. 3rd Floor All 3 bedrooms and the 2 full baths are located on the top floor. They all have soaring ceilings and very comfortable memory foam mattresses, as well as blackout curtains. Each bedroom also has its own smart TV. The primary has a king size bed and its own ensuite which includes a large walk-in closet as well as another additional large closet for storage. The primary also offers access to yet another private balcony with seating for 2. There is also a desk and chair in the alcove next to the balcony doors. The decorative fireplace is the focal point of the room. The two guest rooms share a full bath off the hallway. They are both outfitted with queen size beds and both chests and closets for clothes storage. They have been designed to be both comfortable and beautiful. Other items to note: The property offers a 2 car garage and 2 additional driveway spaces. There is space for storage if needed in the garage. There is also a small closet on the landing that can be used for additional storage. This condo is located in a quiet community with many longtime residents. It is not a party place!
