Rental/Mortgage History: Verification required, negative history may lead to decline. Guarantors: Accepted for rent-to-income ratio or credit issues. Criteria: Gross income 3.5 times monthly rent. Falsification: Any falsification leads to automatic denial. Denials: Inactive application for 45 days. Approvals: Valid for 45 days, need new app after.
