These homes features 2 master suites with private bathrooms on top floor, open concept living/dining/kitchen and powder room on the main floor and in the downstairs there is an office space with a full bathroom. You have a private one car garage. These homes have brand new stainless steel appliances (stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher) as well as a garbage disposal, granite countertops and hardwood flooring. Water, trash and lawn maintenance is included in the lease amount. Lessee is responsible for electric, tv and internet. No smoking! Lessee is responsible for electric/internet/tv, Leasing company pays for water/trash/lawn maintenance. One year lease required. Lessee must be able to provide rental references and proof of income. Pets must be approved by Leasing company. There are breed restrictions and size restrictions. If pet approved, there is a non-refundable $350 pet deposit and $25 a month pet rent. If approved, Lessee will pay 1st month rent ($1850) and security deposit ($1850) up front when lease is signed.
