Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse is conveniently located in a residential neighborhood a few blocks from the Johns Hopkins Hospital. It is minutes away from the bustle of downtown Baltimore. You can walk or bike into Inner Harbor, Patterson Park, Fells Point, or Harbor East. Easy access to I-83 and I-95 highways, tremendous walkability, and proximity to schools, shopping, parks, and more! All you need is a short walk, drive or bike ride away: Metro, Whole Foods, and fine dining in nearby downtown Baltimore, as well as lots of fast food or delivery options. Also, a stone's throw away from historic parks and landmarks. Make this your new home temporarily, and start enjoying the CITY LIFE! The home features an open layout, high ceilings, wood floors, a gourmet kitchen, a PARKING PAD, two large bedrooms, exposed brick, and two full baths, and the only thing missing is YOU! The main level of the townhouse features a gourmet kitchen, a dining room, and a spacious living room with an abundance of windows to allow for natural light. Enjoy prepping meals in the large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a stylish countertop, and a breakfast bar for convenient additional seating. Venture to the back of the house to find a parking pad that fits two cars parked side by side. This way, you can conveniently park on the premises and don't have to find a parking spot on the street. You have the option to tour the space virtually or in person. The security deposit secures your reservation, and the first month's rent is due the day of move-in. Pets on a case basis. Smoking on the property will be subject to $500 FINE.
