Failure to comply, will result as an additional non-refundable fee of $500. This will be due on the following rent due date in FULL. If this non-refundable fee is not paid by the following rent due date, a $50.00 charge will be incurred for each day that it is not paid. Failure to comply, will be cause for eviction and loss of security deposit. There is NO smoking or vaping allowed in the house. Violation will result in a $500.00 non-refundable fee. This will be due on the following rent due date in FULL. If this non-refundable fee is not paid by the following rent due date, a $50.00 charge will be incurred for each day that it is not paid. Failure to comply, will be cause for eviction and loss of security deposit. Responsible for paying: water, electricity, gas, cable, Wifi, security system and lawn maintenance. Failure to comply with the maintenance of the lawn, will result in a charge of $100 for each time it is not maintained. This will be paid on the next rent due date. If not paid by the following rent due date, a $50.00 charge will be incurred for each day that it is not paid. Responsible for getting insurance for personal belongings in the house. Landlord is NOT responsible for personal belongings in the event of accidents such as water damage, fire, burglary etc Tenant is responsible for reporting anything that is not in good working order IMMEDIATELY. Failure to report anything will result in the tenant assuming full responsibility for any damage(s) caused and for the total repair cost of the damage due to negligence in reporting.
