A small storage area is also on the deck. Pet friendly neighborhood, quiet, with a central location. My wife and I lived in Grapevine Trail for 16 years, and hated to leave. Ideal for graduate, post graduate and professionals who prefer quiet and convenience in a safe environment. There is another unit (#56) on Grapevine Trail that is also available for immediate occupancy, exactly the same size and model, with appliances and garage, deck and off-street parking. Some changes, like a bar, and colors of course, and exactly the same rental price. I would suggest looking at both models, allowing an half hour for a total tour of both. Ask about our Special!! No smoking in the premises. There is a non-refundable pet fee ($300) and a minimum one-year lease is required. It can be rented for longer periods, if needed. A $45 non-refundable credit and background check is assessed as well. Certain breeds of dogs may be taken into consideration.
