This is an amazing townhouse. It's only for people who are in shape. You have to walk up steps to over look the city, and views. The neighborhood is great. Everyone goes to work , and cares about their property and the way they live. You are in the middle of the city 10 minutes from everything. 5 minutes to everything important. Buses everywhere, you can walk everywhere too. When you walk into the Townhouse you have the family room, closet, and half bathroom. You walk into the designer kitchen great for people who love to cook. In the back is quiet and peace and trees. If you want to grill in the front or back of your Townhouse you can. . You go upstairs to the Master Bedroom, Laundry, and space for your clothes.Then you have a wonderful bathroom Tub and shower. Next floor is the third with two bedrooms, with amazing views and privacy. When your up there you're in your own world. As far as animals go I would have to discuss size and behavior. I'm only looking for people who care the way they live. I prefer the phone. You're responsible for gas, electric, and water. The place is well insulated. Across the bridge are all the big stores, movie theatre, restaurants, you name it we have it. % min away you have this amazing park where people come from all over to enjoy. Walking, doggy parks, swimming, tennis, volleyball, concerts in the summer, working out throughout the park. Kids park also. Bryant street we have so many restaurants also. Great neighborhood. you are responsible for gas,electric,water.
