The living room features a brick-encased fireplace and modern decor with a sectional sofa and flat-screen TV. Upstairs from the living space the master bedroom occupies its own level featuring a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The main level of the home includes a bunk bedroom with its own bathroom. Lower level, you'll find a queen-sized bed with its own bathroom which leads out to the private hot tub. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, MINIMUM 1 MONTH RENTAL A mandatory one-time cleaning charge of $475 and $7/day insurance applies. Optional weekly cleaning and towel/linen service available at $313/week. When stay is not prepaid in full the first full and partial month will be required upon leasing with subsequent months due one month in advance. One month security deposit required while such may be waived for stays pre-paid in full with a credit card of file, subject to demonstration of excellent credit history.
