The lower deck has a hot tub, seating area and a grill for your use. Inside is a dining table with seating for 6 and a kitchen island with seating for 2. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you may need for your stay. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a laundry room. The first bedroom has a queen bed along with an ensuite bathroom with 2 vanities, a shower and a soaking tub. The walk in closet has plenty of space for any items you may need to store. Down the hall is a second bathroom as well as bedroom with 2 twin beds and a walk in closet for your use. Hot tub service, internet and utilities are included in the monthly rent of $3500 a month. One dog up to 50 lbs is allowed for additional security deposit of $2000 ($300 is a cleaning fee which is not refundable upon termination of lease) No arbitrage or subleasing is allowed, if this is not respected, security deposit will not be returned under any circumstances. Lease terms are valid for 3-6 months and then lease can be extended at the discretion of the homeowners. First month and security deposit are due upon signing and last month if lease is 6 months or more.
