Reno is a short 30 minute drive for more shopping, and Tahoe is right up the hill for recreational adventures. Each unit has a gas heater, and air conditioning. Kitchens are furnished with an electric range, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Electric laundry hookups are ready and are tucked away in a nice tidy closet area. There is plenty of closet space both downstairs and upstairs in both bedrooms. The unit is well lit from natural light in the mornings, and stays cool in the afternoons. Each unit has 2 reserved and numbered parking spots. Additional visitor parking is located throughout the complex. Applications are done in our leasing office in Carson City. Application fee is $30 per adult. Requirements are 650+ credit for all adults over 18 living in the property, clean background, and proof of employment. Deposit of $1500 required to hold in your name upon approval. Complex pays for water, sewer, and trash. Residents are responsible for having electricity, and gas in their own account prior to move in. After 1 year, the lease will turn into month to month until move out.
