Townhome near Gardner downtown. Full kitchen appliances included. Unfinished basement (500 sq ft) with a washer/dryer hookup. 12 month lease. No smoking allowed. Pet breed must be approved. All residents 18 or over must complete an application, even if they're not on the lease. Any non-approved resident over 18 may be subject for lease termination. There is a $100 non-refundable pet deposit and a monthly pet fee of up to $25 per pet. Residents are required to have all utilities in their (leaseholders) name (except for trash). Trash services will be paid for. You have one month to put the utilities in your name. We're a small family owned company and believe in a fair rental price for our tenants. We ask that this kindness is returned by being respectful to your neighbors and the property.
