However, we anticipate moving into a house by late September, and so we are looking for someone to take over our lease. Our apartment is a quiet end unit, with two bedrooms and one bath, an unfinished basement, hardwood floors and a washer and dryer in-unit. This is a pet-friendly apartment complex with beautiful wide-open spaces. (Two pets allowed, NO size restrictions!) Rent is $2422/month. Included In the rent are heat and hot water, a renovated gym, large pool, volleyball court, luxury pet spa, community lounge and events, grills, playground, and much more. It's also a very convenient area for commuting. We've lived here for 6 years and love it, and are only moving in order to transition to a house.
