This home is pet friendly with a maximum of 2 per unit. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee, per cat of $250 per cat and a monthly pet fee of $35 per cat. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee per pet of $400 per dog and a monthly pet fee of $50 per dog. **Please note, we have a non-negotiable 40 lb weight limit restriction on dogs** All of our properties are smoke free. This means that smoking in the apartment, common areas, or within 25 feet of the building is not permitted.
