Residence located on a beautiful private historic farm in Boyertown. The residence includes parking for one vehicle. The residence is half of a double and is move in ready (no pending construction or scheduled work to be completed). The preference is for one tenant, though other situations would be considered. No pets allowed. Tenant is responsible for utilities, including pro rata portion of annual septic service. If you are interested, please provide information regarding number of tenants (name and age), a description of employment (include work schedule), and a summary of the environment you prefer. Any additional information is appreciated. I will not schedule time for walkthroughs without this information. I have a washer/dryer, oven/stovetop, and refrigerator available for use. The are in working condition, but I will not service or replace them. No additional fee will be charged if they are used. Tenant has the option to bring their own appliances, and will be responsible for removing and reinstalling the aforementioned appliances. NO smoking in house; Tenant is responsible for utilities; No large pets; small pets will be considered for additional fee; Tenant is responsible for keeping home clean and damage free; Tenant is to keep noise to a minimum; Landlord takes care of landscaping
