The main function I like about this property is it's location. Ladson Rd allows you to turn left and jump on Dorchester Rd, a right and you can take Patriots to Ashley Phosphate or go straight to 78 or I26. As well as the fact you can find everything you need (Walmart, Movies, Publix, Car-wash, Banks, etc..) on Ladson Rd or off it within a 5 mile drive. Awesome! Utilities included are water, sewer, and basic cable. First and last month's rent at signing. Pet deposit of $500/$1000 depending on size/type of pet. Pets must be potty trained. Security and pet deposit is refundable with clean inspection at close of contract. 6 to 12 month lease required. Leaving before fulfilling the contract will forfeit the security deposit. Rental payment is due on the 1st day of each month. Failure to pay on the first will accrew a $100 fee per day. Key, fob, and parking passes will be returned at termination of lease, if not returned replacement costs will be subtracted from security deposit. Payments will be via cash or Zelle. RENTED AS IS! No prior evictions allowed. If rent is not paid in full by the 5th day of each month, eviction proceedings will begin. Active military discount is available. Housing vouchers approved if they cover the full rental cost. Verified monthly income of $4200 Clean background check and credit report required.
