We are renting out our fully-furnished and newly renovated luxury home in Harleston Village, We have recently added custom shelving in all of the closets, new light fixtures, blinds, shed storage, as well as custom built-in cabinets in the dining area. It's a modern open-concept townhome. The townhome includes 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, as well an enclosed furnished courtyard, and an open courtyard beyond that (perfect for off-street golf cart parking!). It's less than one block away from Colonial lake and Broad St, on an incredibly quiet street. You will be minutes away from anything by vehicle, and can also walk to Alcove Market, Burbage's Grocery, and Queen Street grocery - among countless other restaurants on King St or Broad St - in just minutes. We are looking for a longer-term renter (6-12 months), but would consider shorter terms depending on the renter and price-point. The minimum stay we require is 1 month.
