Less than 1 minute drive to Loon Mtn and downtown Lincoln NH (Both walkable) Please don't be confused by the monthly rent figure . We are offering a winter seasonal rental from Dec 1st -April 15 $15000 1/2 due on reservation, 1/2 due Jan 1st. $5000 non-refundable if cancelled after reservation. About: 3 bedroom, 3 bath beautiful end unit townhouse in the Riverfront complex. Unit can sleep total of 10. Beds sleep 8, pullout sofa sleeps 2. One bedroom downstairs w queen and a bathroom, Upstairs kids room sleeps 4 with 2 bunk beds and a bathroom, Master has queen with bathroom. All bathrooms are in excellent shape with tubs and showers. Unit is recently updated with new kitchen, carpets and furniture. Price includes cable, internet, and water. Linens included. Heat is the responsibility of the tenant.
