*Updated Unit* Hi Everyone, our One Bedroom Townhome units are going fast this fall season, but we still have 3 left which is why this post remains up until they are all leased! Also, if you or anyone you know is looking for a two bedroom, we also have those becoming available! The Port Apartments currently have a few One-bedroom Townhomes becoming available. All of which will look exactly like the images above. First one available is ready the second Friday in October and then throughout the month of November. Our One-Bedroom Townhomes are 2 level units. The first floor features a kitchen, living room, and your personal washer and dryer hidden behind beautiful white French doors which is a favorite feature for most tenants! The second floor is where you'll find the large loft style bedroom. The full bath and large walk-in closet is also on the second level. As part of our upgrades, we have laid new vinyl plank flooring in a gray tone to match the bedroom and stairs new gray carpet. The walls are painted a lighter gray with white baseboards. The countertops are a white and gray marbled laminate in the kitchen with white subway tile back splash to match! All the appliances offered to you (refrigerator, microwave, dish washer, and electric range) are all black. All of the hardware fixtures are all black as well.
