Only available starting December 4 2023. Our family will be taking a sabbatical. Welcome to your home located in Graduate Hospital (Southwest Center City) in Philadelphia. You are steps from an abundance of cafes, boutiques, restaurants, two grocery stores, and a CVS. You're a 20-minute walk to UPenn Hospital, 15 minutes to Rittenhouse, and only a few minutes from the Schuylkill River. Take advantage of the Schuylkill River park with all of its tennis courts, basketball courts, and dog parks. The whole area is very walkable we don't even own a car (there are zip cars and bike shares very close by if you need them). You will love the quiet street in this charming neighborhood that provides respite from busy city life! The house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The second bedroom has a Murphy bed, an office area, and a great reclining chair that we used when the room served as a nursery. The master bedroom has a Peloton bike (subscription included in costs). The downstairs has a fully stocked kitchen, a great dining room, and a well-designed living room that looks out to a great lush patio. The patio has a great BBQ and a small table with chairs. We love to travel and furnish our home with pieces from all over the world -- we hope you will enjoy :) Only available starting December 4, 2023. Minimum 6-month fully-furnished lease (discounts for 1- or 2- year leases). No smoking or pets. Last month's rent ($3,400) and security deposit ($3,400) are due on signing. The utilities included in the monthly lease include water, electricity, gas, and wifi.
